Peach Cobbler Chaos Recipe

Ingredients

Filling:

• 5–6 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced (about 5 cups)

• 1/4 cup granulated sugar

• 1 tbsp lemon juice

• 1 tbsp flour (to thicken)

• 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional, but cozy)

Crumble Topping:

• 1/2 cup rolled oats

• 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

• 1/2 cup brown sugar (light or dark)

• 1/2 tsp cinnamon

• 1/4 tsp salt

• 6 tbsp unsalted butter, cold and cubed

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 baking dish or pie pan.

2. Toss peaches with sugar, lemon juice, flour, and cinnamon. Spread evenly in the dish.

3. In a bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Cut in the cold butter with a fork or your fingers until the mixture is crumbly.

4. Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the peaches.

5. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the top is golden and the filling is bubbly.

6. Cool slightly before serving. Best with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
