Julia’s Scarf is inspired by the cozy mystery Murder at the Woolen Mill, the first book in the Northwoods Knitting Mystery by Amelia Pine. The book is set in the quaint town of Frosty Pines in the Northwoods of Wisconsin.

The amateur sleuth is Julia Holmes, a knitting enthusiast who goes on vacation to relax but instead gets pulled into a murder mystery when she finds a body in her cousin’s woolen mill.

With the help of the local knitting club, a charming log cabin architect, and a couple of furry friends, Julia digs into the puzzling mystery and begins unraveling long-buried secrets.
